Welcome to Rehabdot.com. This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed, accepted, and protected when you shop with us.
1. Accepted Payment Method
Currently, REHABDOT accepts payments exclusively via PayPal.
All transactions are processed securely through PayPal’s payment gateway, allowing you to pay using:
- Your PayPal account balance
- Linked debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
You are not required to have a PayPal account to complete your purchase; you may choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the PayPal checkout page to proceed as a guest.
2. Payment Security
We never store your payment information on our servers.
All transactions are encrypted and processed through PayPal’s secure network in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.
Your sensitive data (such as card number or banking details) are handled exclusively by PayPal, ensuring maximum protection and confidentiality.
3. Payment Authorization and Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive:
- A confirmation email from PayPal (payment receipt)
- A separate order confirmation email from REHABDOT (order details)
If you do not receive either confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team at service@rehabdot.com
4. Currency
All product prices and payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Payment Timing
Full payment must be made at the time of order.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until the payment has cleared through PayPal.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If your PayPal transaction is declined, please:
- Verify your PayPal account balance or linked card,
- Try another payment method within PayPal,
- Or contact PayPal Customer Service directly.
REHABDOT is not responsible for any fees or delays caused by PayPal or your financial institution.
7. Fraud Prevention
For security reasons, REHABDOT may verify orders suspected of unauthorized or high-risk activity.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud is suspected, or if PayPal does not confirm payment authorization.
8. Refunds to PayPal
All refunds are processed via the original PayPal payment method.
Once approved, your refund will be issued within 2–14 business days, depending on your PayPal account or card issuer’s processing time.
